01

Sewer and Water Lines

Repair and full replacement of the line between the main and your house — sewer laterals, water services, curb stops and storm sewer. Same-day where we can get to it.

What that covers

  • Collapsed or broken sewer laterals dug, replaced and backfilled
  • Water service lines run from the main to the house, below frost depth
  • Curb stop and shut-off replacement
  • Storm sewer and new trench for water pipe on new construction
  • Locates called in first, then dig — utilities marked before a bucket moves

When people call us

Sewage backing up into a basement, a wet patch in the yard in January, a water bill that tripled, or a city letter telling you the lateral is your responsibility. None of that waits well. If you can describe what you are seeing on the phone, we can usually tell you whether it is a repair or a replacement before we come out.

Shot to drop in: an open sewer lateral trench with the old clay or cast pipe still in the ditch beside the new run — the shot that shows what a customer is actually paying for. You already have work like this in your gallery.

02

Excavation Services

New construction, foundations and footings, trenching, backfill and grading. Licensed, and we stand behind the work.

What that covers

  • Foundation and footing excavation for new builds and additions
  • Basement digs, over-digs and backfill to grade
  • Utility trenching — water, sewer, electric, gas sleeves
  • Rough and finish grading, and hauling spoil off site
  • Rock. Around here the dig usually finds it, and we plan for it

When people call us

Usually a builder or a homeowner with a start date and a hole that has to be right the first time, because everything after it — footings, forms, inspection — is stacked behind it. We give a free estimate and we price match, so getting a number from us costs you a phone call.

Shot to drop in: the excavator mid-dig on a foundation with the spoil pile and a clean, square cut — machine and hole in the same frame, taken from the high side.

03

Homesite Development

Taking a bare lot to a spot you can build on: pad, driveway, culvert and approach, and every utility trench in between.

What that covers

  • Clearing and stripping topsoil, stockpiled for reuse
  • Building pad cut and compacted to the elevation your plans call for
  • Driveway, approach and culvert install
  • Water, sewer or septic and power trenched in on one mobilisation
  • Drainage shaped so the water leaves the pad, not sits on it

When people call us

People who bought acreage and are looking at raw ground wondering what order any of it happens in. It is the same crew for the pad, the driveway and the trenches, so nobody is waiting on a second contractor to show up before the next stage can start.

Shot to drop in: a finished building pad on a Black Hills lot — cut level, driveway roughed in, stakes still standing. A wide shot, taken before the builder arrives.

04

Drainfields

Drainfield and septic system installation and replacement for homes and businesses. Free estimate on any of it.

What that covers

  • New drainfield install for new construction
  • Replacement of a failed or saturated field
  • Tank excavation, set and connection
  • Line from the house to the tank, trenched and bedded
  • Site restored and graded when the system is in

When people call us

A soggy patch over the field, smell in the yard, or an inspector’s report during a sale saying the system will not pass. A drainfield is not something you fix twice, so it is worth having someone look at the ground before you commit to a design.

Shot to drop in: a drainfield mid-install — the laterals bedded in rock in open trenches with the riser standing, before it is covered. You have this exact shot on the live site already.
